I like to post original photos and personal stuff. Will be frank in posting opinions here. I do post about various subjects like wildlife, arts and literature among other things. If you ever decide to follow me, you'll never regret it 'cause I don't flood or spam, it's just not my thing. Anyway, about me:

I am extremely expressive about what I feel and my preferences are quite high. People usually are afraid of me because of my influence and taste. But don't be afraid; I'm totally friendly! I have this expansive nature and I love meeting new people from different cultures and social stratas.

Over-expansion and self-indulgence are my usually sins. But I'm now avoiding exaggerations and foolish optimisms. I'm also developing a better judgment of all things under the sun; positive thinking produces positive results!

Done with the farm house design, next?

I’m now done with the design for the farm house. The total area of the design is 1160 sq.m. The house features 4 bedrooms, a porch, a two-car garage, a big living room adjacent to the dining area, a kitchen and other utility and storage rooms plus a “uncommon area” for a farm house [can’t tell you guys what it is, sorry!]. I’m not allowed to post the floor plan or the elevations on here.

The construction would probably start in the coming months, I’ll keep you guys posted. If the client approves everything, then detailing and other architectural and engineering stuff will commence immediately. I’m hands-off with the engineering/structural part though, sticking to the architectural detailing.

In the mean time, I have to renew my passport. Gotta fly back to Singapore probably this month or on March. Opportunities knockin’ on my door!
